PULSES

Pulses are the edible seeds of plants in the legume family. They grow in pods and come in a variety of shapes, sizes and colors.
The term ‘pulses’ is limited to crops harvested solely as dry grains, which differentiates them from other vegetable crops that are harvested while still green.

Pulses are healthy, nutritious and easy to cook with. Our product portfolio includes three popular pulses: chickpeas, mung beans and yellow peas.


Lentils and Legumes:

Yellow Peas

Yellow peas are nutritionally valuable, as a rich source of vitamins A, B and C, fiber, protein and potassium. They tend to fall apart when thoroughly cooked, and are therefore a useful thickening element for stews, soups and curries.

Red Lentils

Valuable drought-resistant food and fodder leguminous crop, food product. One of the oldest crops. Widely cultivated as a food and feed plant. For many Asian peoples, lentils are one of the most important sources of protein, able to replace the nutritional properties of bread, cereals and even meat

Green Peas

A pea, although treated as a vegetable in cooking, is botanically a fruit; the term is most commonly used to describe the small spherical seeds or the pods of the legume Pisum sativum.

Whole Mung

The mung bean alternatively known as the moong bean, green gram, but not mungo or mingo, is a plant species in the legume family, Native to the Indian subcontinent, the mung bean is mainly cultivated today in India, China, and Southeast Asia.

Beans

Haricot beans are included in the collection "Arfazetin" used for diabetes. Due to its high potassium content, it is used in diet with atherosclerosis and cardiac arrhythmias. The bean cusps are commonly used in medicine and are known as Phaseoli pericarpium. Pod extract lowers blood sugar and increases diuresis.

Winter Vetch

The most common type of annual forage plant. Good forage, which provides animals with nutritious foods high in protein. Spring vetch is most common in field grass seeding. It cultivated for hay, green fodder, silage and grain. Green mass, crushed seeds and grains are well eaten by all types of animals. Spring vetch can be sown several times during the summer. This is one of the most important cultural traditions in the green conveyor. It was a mixture in cereals. The most widespread is the oatmeal mixture.

Chick Peas

Chickpeas are an important food plant in India, Africa, and Central and South America. The seeds are high in fibre and protein and are a good source of iron, phosphorus, and folic acid.Originally cultivated in the Mediterranean and the Middle East, chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, have spread their culinary influence across the world. They also come with a range of potential health benefits.
